Chamber Evening Workshops: 2016 Workshop Series

May 2016: Communication by Design

Almost everyone recognizes that excellent communications is essential for success in business and relationships yet it can be challenging to develop and execute on a plan to connect with an audience that will most benefit from your services. It can be frustrating for you and confusing for your potential customers if you rely on trial and error and don't have a proven plan.

Communication by Design is about intentional planning, design thinking, skill development, and action plans so you reach the right people with what they need to know. When this is done you can create effective change to overcome the learning-doing gap and achieve both business and customer success.

This is a seminar with interactive audience participation and exercises. The value of the seminar is to inform participants of successful mindsets and provide them with skills and tools they can apply to move forward with their business communication. Participants will be encouraged to "find their voice" and to inspire others to find their voice.

Note: As a speaker, it is essential that you be as interactive as possible with the crowd to create an atmosphere that engages people. The main difference between a workshop and a speaker, is the workshop will have work to do. /

Note: En tant qu'orateur, il est essentielle d'être aussi interactive que possible avec le public pour créer une atmosphère qui engage. La différence entre un atelier et un orateur est que l'atelier aura du travail à faire.
